Functional Tasks

Treasury:

- Receiving checks from the bank.

- Paying dues of the faculty members and their assistants (salaries - bonuses).

- Disbursing the dues of the public cadres (salaries - bonuses - transfers).

-Getting the account statements back after payment.

Collect the following fees:

-Tuition fees for faculty students in its different years.

-Postgraduate fees and deposit the proceeds in the National Bank of the University branch.

-Unloading the proceeds after import, both according to the type of lists of the receipts unloading statements, sending it to the accountancy unit, and paying those amounts to the competent authorities.

Purchases:

-Collecting purchase requests from the scientific and administrative departments of the faculty, and thus the procurement procedures are performed in accordance with Law 33 of 6333 and its executive regulations.

-Taking the necessary measures to inspect the items under the patronage of the specialized technical committees and adding it to the stores.

-Participating in the committees of tenders, practices and procurement for the scientific departments and laboratories.
