Professional Tasks
1- Functional Tasks of the Faculty Assistant:
- Assisting the faculty secretary in managing affairs related to securing the faculty and ensuring the discipline of workers and employees in it
- Ensuring safety of the buildings
- Supervising attendance and departure files
- Inspecting the performance of auxiliary services and maintenance work
2- Functional Tasks of Maintenance Technician:
-Maintaining the educational and research equipment in the faculty
- Ensuring the safety of basic premises
- Creating a maintenance archive, both in his specialization (carpentry-plumbing-electricity-equipment)
- Preparing periodic maintenance reports
- Coordinating with the engineering department of the university
- Requesting spare parts and materials for various maintenance.
- Following up the consumption of materials and spare parts.
- Contacting maintenance companies for various electrical, electronic and mechanical devices to report on the necessary repairs, perform contracts concluded with them, and submit the necessary reports on them.
-Participating in internal and external technical committees according to the nature of work.
-Reporting any defect that occurs in the faculty premises and maintaining its safety.
3- Archive:
- Carrying out archive work, which includes receiving incoming mail from outside the faculty, registering it, and delivering it to the competent authority.
- Exporting mail outside the faculty (checks - letters –office of Prof. Dean of the faculty - Deputies - Administrative and Scientific Departments).
4- Tasks of Support Service Agent:
- Performing cleaning work in the entrances and floors of the faculty
- Keeping cleanliness of departments, offices, laboratories and stands
- Ensuring the safety of halls, offices and its contents in departments
- Carrying out the services assigned to them
