-To supervise all the department work

- Apply laws, regulations, and instructions related to graduate affairs.

-Coordinate with the correspondent bodies at the university and provide them with the correct data.

2- Librarian Tasks

- Participating in the technical examination of the library's imports of equipment and references

- Supervising the organization and arrangement of books and references

- Supervising the application of borrowing rules

- Inspecting the application of E- library

- Performing tasks of office and reference service

- Reviewing the annual inventory work
